The Role:

You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for executing high-quality flushing and gyprocking work on our renovation projects. This role offers flexibility and can be full-time or part-time, making it an ideal opportunity for a professional looking for consistent work between other jobs.

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Gardener / Landscaper to take charge of stunning properties across the South West — including Busselton, Dunsborough and Cowaramup.

From maintaining established gardens to nurturing indoor greenery, you’ll play a key role in keeping properties looking their best for guests, events, and day-to-day enjoyment.

The role includes:

Indoor & outdoor plant care

Lawn maintenance, pruning, weeding, and seasonal planting

Irrigation checks and general upkeep

Supporting new landscape and garden evolution projects

We’re open to part-time positions or a full-time role – with flexible hours and plenty of variety.
You’ll have autonomy to make day-to-day decisions and contribute ideas for how each garden continues to grow and thrive.

You will be working alongside our business owner, transforming spaces and bringing creative visions to life. From renovating charming accommodations to maintaining our bustling restaurant, you'll be involved in a variety of exciting projects. We're looking for someone with a strong background in carpentry or a related trade, a keen eye for detail, and a "can-do" attitude.
